The popular Magazine, Time Out, is bringing its market concept to the Windy City. The purpose of the Time Out Market is to bring the cities top chefs and flavors all under one roof. This makes it an amazing stop for tourists and locals to get a taste of what this city is about.
The Chicago location will not be a small food-court. It will be a massive 50,000 sq ft market with 18 restaurant spaces, 3 bars, a demo kitchen, and retail options. Plus, this all-Chicago chef wonderland will include Jimmy Bannos Jr. of The Purple Pig, Dana Salls Cree of Pretty Cool Ice Cream, Art Shabez of The Art of Pizza, Brian Fisher of Entente, Thai Dang of HaiSous, Edward Kim of Mott St., Zoe Schor of Split-Rail, Bill Kim of Urbanbelly, and more to come.
Time Out Market Chicago will be located in the Fulton Market District and is set to open late 2019.
